THEY AREEE TERRIBLE. But you'll get used to it, I hated them too but I disobeyed and only wore mine at night... but then I lost them... and now my teeth are shifting. YOU'LL MISS EM IF YOU LOSE EM AFTER HAVING THEM FOR A WHILE IS MY POINT.

I wish I had retainers

Oooh my parents forced the orthodontist for my braces off... I'm supposedly be wearing retainers every single night... I haven't for a loong time.. Forgotten...

Maybe try putting Vaseline on your lips at night? I do that when my lips are dry, and it really helps.

i hated my retainers too
so i had to get braces twice.
and now i haven't worn my retainers at all this year.
i do bad things with mine in my sleep
like throw them across the room.
the other night i threw them in the living room and my dog ate one of them
momma doesn't know...
